From downtown

Take IH-10 West to the Huebner exit. Exit Huebner and go left under the underpass. Go approximately 1.0 mile. The street before you need to turn in is Golden Quail. A block or so past Golden Quail, on the left hand side, is a small clock tower. A sign adjacent to that says Foundation Surgical Hospital. Turn left there. Drive all the way to the back of the driveway. The hospital is on your left and there is a building immediately across from the hospital. The office is inside there. There is a sign out front with our name on it.

From Loop 1604

Take IH-10 East into town to the Huebner exit. Take a right onto Huebner. Go approximately 1.0 mile. The street before you need to turn is Golden Quail. Take Huebner towards IH-10. When you pass Floyd Curl Drive the entrance is .1 mile on the right. There will be a clock tower on your right, which is very small, with a sign for Foundation Surgical Hospital below it. Drive all the way to the back of the driveway. The hospital is on your left and there is a building immediately across from the hospital. The office is inside there. There is a sign out front with our name on it.
