Coming East on 1604 from I 10: Take the Voigt Drive/ Stone Oak Parkway exit.  Turn left at Stone Oak Parkway and stay in the right lane.  The first light is Sonterra. Go straight. The next real right (not into a parking lot) is Oak Centre Drive.  Turn right onto Oak Centre Drive.  At the end of Oak Centre drive is a parking garage. Park there.  The Texas Sinus Center is located in Suite 140 of the Atrium Medical Office Building.  This is on the north side of the parking garage.

Coming West on 1604 from IH 35 or 281: Exit Stone Oak Parkway and turn right at the light.  Continue on Stone Oak Parkway. The first light is Sonterra. Go straight. The next real right (not into a parking lot) is Oak Centre Drive.  Turn right onto Oak Centre Drive.  At the end of Oak Centre drive is a parking garage. Park there.  The Texas Sinus Center is located in Suite 140 of the Atrium Medical Office Building.  This is on the north side of the parking garage.

From Bulverde or South/Central San Antonio: Take US 281 until you reach Anderson Loop (1604 & 281 interchange) Go west on 1604, but stay on the feeder road. The first light is Stone Oak Parkway. At the light you will turn right onto Stone Oak Parkway.  Go straight. The next real right (not into a parking lot) is Oak Centre Drive.  Turn right onto Oak Centre Drive.  At the end of Oak Centre drive is a parking garage. Park there.  The Texas Sinus Center is located in Suite 140 of the Atrium Medical Office Building.  This is on the north side of the parking garage.
